Hi, there, my name is Nele Neckebroeck, and maybe, i'm one of the youngest owners of a homepage !
I was born on the 14th of september 1998 in White Plains(NY, USA)
But we moved on the 14th of october back to Belgium,
Dad finished his job in New York and is working in Brussels now.
So now I'm closer to my grandparents, uncles and ants !!
